Total Promotions provides marketing management, media development, advertising, reporting, technology, and related operational services for businesses and organizations.

We do not sell personal information or client information as a business model.
Google Account and Google Ads Data
Total Promotions may use Google OAuth and Google APIs, including the Google Ads API, to provide authorized advertising management, reporting, automation, account administration, and related marketing services.
When a Google account is connected to a Total Promotions system, we may access Google data only within the permissions authorized by the account holder and only for legitimate functions connected to the services being provided.
Depending on the authorization granted, this may include Google Ads account structure, campaigns, advertisements, keywords, targeting, budgets, bidding information, conversion information, reporting data, account settings, and other information made available through the applicable Google API.
Google user data may be used to:
- manage authorized Google Ads accounts;
- retrieve advertising and performance information;
- prepare reporting, analysis, and recommendations;
- support authorized campaign administration and changes;
- operate internal workflows and technology used to deliver our services;
- maintain the reliability, security, and accountability of those services.
Total Promotions' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not use Google user data for unrelated advertising, sale to data brokers, or other purposes inconsistent with the authorization provided by the user or client.
Client Portals and CRM Systems
Total Promotions may provide authenticated client portals or access points, including services made available through TotalPromotions.com or its subdomains.
These systems may provide access to CRM functions, marketing information, leads, communications, reporting, account information, or other client-specific services.
Some of these services may be operated using third-party technology platforms, including customer relationship management and marketing automation providers. Where appropriate, those providers process information on our behalf or on behalf of our clients subject to their own security, privacy, and contractual obligations.
Access to a client portal does not make one client's information available to another client.
Service Providers
We may use trusted service providers to support our operations, including providers of:
- cloud hosting and infrastructure;
- advertising and analytics platforms;
- CRM and marketing automation systems;
- website hosting and content management;
- reporting and data-processing tools;
- security and authentication services;

We do not disclose confidential client information for promotional purposes without authorization.
